Business Development Specialist

We’re searching for an independent and driven Business Development Specialist to join the team in our Kingston, NY office or remotely, depending on experience. 


As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll be collaborating closely with the CEO and other senior team members to identify, develop, and bring new opportunities for agency growth to fruition. Your efforts will be focused around outbound lead generation and sales of Dragon360’s digital advertising services such as paid search and social, programmatic, video, and more. You’ll create long-term value by strategically positioning Dragon360 and our capabilities, unearthing insight and deeper understanding from internal and external stakeholders, and building direct relationships with prospective partners through a consultative sales process grounded in understanding brands’ business, challenges, and goals.

In addition to its base salary, this full-time position rewards a driven individual for closing new business opportunities with a competitive commission structure.

Work remotely, or from our Kingston space in the beautiful Hudson Valley in the foothills of the Catskills (about 2 hours north of NYC).
