Dragon360 ignites brands. We help our partners—some of the largest companies in the world—solve core business challenges with our people-first approach: unearthing insight, crafting opportunity, and igniting change. Fiercely independent since 2007, Dragon360 has evolved into a full-service digital marketing agency with team members around the world and headquarters in historic Kingston, NY.

Proactively monitoring social media and industry news for trending topics and timely engagement opportunities.
Creating targeted media lists for press outreach; helping write pitches or releases
Conducting actionable, strategic research to help with new business pitches: exploring audiences, market trends, competitors, partners, and more.
Translating unearthed insights into actionable plans or recommendations for the agency
Writing and optimizing blog posts
Supporting live events and workshops as needed
Researching and identifying speaking and thought leadership opportunities for executives
Presenting a weekly digest of important industry news or developments, notable trends within target verticals, and any interesting social media or other content from competitors to help shape best practices and spark new ideas.

About Us
It’s cliche, but as a small agency, we’re a family. A collective of cinephiles, gamers, chefs, outdoors-lovers, hopheads, sports fans, and artists. We hang out outside of work, have epic meme battles, and legitimately like each other. We are excellent to each other, no idea is too small, and everyone has a seat at the table, because we’re united by our core beliefs:
be tenacious Constantly think differently by making creativity and learning a practice. Craft compelling solutions to challenging problems—every time, no matter how.
foster respect We respect and value each other and all beings (regardless of gender, race, or perspectives), and the environment and communities in which we live.
hold each other’s feet to the fire Get it done and do it well. Be accountable, reliable, and give as much encouragement as criticism to produce our collective best work.
dragons are real Be authentic and transparent when dealing with each other and our partners. Own the wins as well as the mistakes, and always learn from both.
Location
Kingston, NY, located in the beautiful Hudson Valley in the foothills of the Catskills (just two hours north of NYC).
