Dragon360, the digital agency that ignites brands, has appointed Andy Groller, a long-standing senior team member as an equity partner and new CEO. Co-Founder Don Tallerman, who has maintained sole-ownership since 2014, will continue as a Partner, with Groller serving as a Managing Partner.

Groller will lead the indie shop from its offices in Kingston, NY, in the beautiful Hudson Valley, supporting a burgeoning client roster that includes Tungsten Network, NextGen Healthcare, Haven Life, Pantone, Mizuho, Windstream, Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts, and more.
Groller, formerly executive vice president, has also been promoted as the agency’s new CEO as part of a larger restructuring effort that has positioned Dragon360 for rapid growth.

Groller has spent the past 10 years at Dragon360 building and leading the media and product teams, and spearheading impactful digital marketing strategies for clients such as Tungsten Network, Blue Diamond, Haven Life, Autotask, Hertz, Pantone, and Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts. As Managing Partner and CEO, Groller will guide and mentor the Dragon team, oversee operations and recruitment, and develop new offerings and approaches that push digital marketing boundaries.
