Dragon360, the digital agency that makes brands breathe fire, has appointed two long-standing senior team members as equity partners: Abe Uchitelle, managing partner and president, and Andy Groller, managing partner and CEO. Co-Founder Don Tallerman, who has maintained sole-ownership since 2014, will continue as a Partner, with Groller and Uchitelle serving as Managing Partners.
Groller and Uchitelle will co-lead the indie shop from its offices in Kingston, NY in the beautiful Hudson Valley, supporting a burgeoning client roster that includes Tungsten Network, NextGen Healthcare, Haven Life, Pantone, Mizuho, Windstream, Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts, and more.
Groller, formerly executive vice president, has also been promoted as the agency’s new CEO as part of a larger restructuring effort that has positioned Dragon360 for rapid growth.
“Dragon360 has been built on the team’s ability to make people-first, data-driven marketing decisions that impact our clients’ bottom lines. It’s an honor to continue expanding and shaping that vision as CEO,” said Groller. “Working alongside Abe, I look forward to charting a strategic path forward across client strategy, sustained growth, and capabilities that position Dragon360 as a predominant player in the digital space.”

Groller has spent the past 10 years at Dragon360 building and leading the media and product teams, and spearheading impactful digital marketing strategies for clients such as Tungsten Network, Blue Diamond, Haven Life, Autotask, Hertz, Pantone, Tiger Schulmann’s Martial Arts, and others. As Managing Partner and CEO, Groller’s new role entails his continued guidance and mentorship of the Dragon team, overseeing operations and recruitment, and developing new offerings and approaches that push digital marketing boundaries.
“I couldn’t be more excited to become a partner, along with Andy, in a company that I’ve been lucky enough to call my professional home since 2012. I’m committed to seeing Dragon360 continue to thrive, and am confident about what the future holds as we grow a blue-chip client portfolio of brands that share our values, and invest in top talent right here in New York’s Hudson Valley,” said Uchitelle.
